Ludden Golf Co · Fresno
How It Works
Bring the game home with a golf simulator package priced for the everyday golfer. Practice on a virtual driving range or closest to the pin, work on your putting, or play a simulated round of golf with yourself or friends.
Ludden Golf Co helps golfers and everyday people in Fresno, Clovis and surrounding areas plan a home setup, choose equipment and get started with professional installation and training on your new sim. There is no minimum skill level needed to use this device. Schedule a demo before you buy and make sure its right for you.
Here is how the equipment works together.
1. Plan your space
Start with the width, depth and ceiling height of your room. Your setup needs room for a comfortable full swing, the hitting area and the net or enclosure. Garage door tracks, lights, shelving and other obstacles also matter.
Send us your measurements and a few photos through our contact page. We can help you plan the layout before you buy.
2. Build your simulator setup
Square Golf Omni launch monitor (NO SUBSCRIPTION FEES!)
https://squaregolf.co.uk/pages/software
The launch monitor captures ball and club data and sends it to the simulator software. The software uses that information to show your shot and help you understand your results. This device is also a standalone launch monitor with no device/computer needed for ball speed, angle, direction degrees, spin RPM, spin axis and total distance.
Projector and display. A projector displays your simulator software on the impact screen. A USB-C to HDMI connection will connect a supported device to the projector; your phone or tablet must support video output and run Apple or Android OS.
The Ludden Golf Simulator Package includes equipment, installation and training. A phone or tablet is not included to run simulation software. See the package page for current pricing and inclusions.
Where the Omni picks up the ball
Place the ball inside the Omni’s Ready Zone: 25 × 25 cm (approximately 10 × 10 inches). For a right-handed setup, the zone begins 35 cm (about 14 inches) in front of the monitor and 5 cm (about 2 inches) to its right, as shown below. Mirror the setup for left-handed play.

- Solid green light: the ball is detected and the Omni is ready for your shot. A blinking green light means it is still searching.
- Keep it level: place the monitor and ball on the same level surface where possible. Height differences or tilt can reduce the detection area.
- For club data: use the front portion of the zone, toward the target, and fit the required club stickers according to the manual.
3. Choose how you want to play
Square Golf software. Use a compatible iOS or Android device for driving range practice, putting practice, closest-to-the-pin challenges and course play. Square Golf does not require a recurring subscription; course play uses credits.
At $20 for 1,000 credits, with one credit per hole per player, the software cost is $0.02 per hole or $0.36 for an 18-hole round per player. That buys 1,000 player-holes: 55 complete solo rounds plus 10 holes. Check current credit pricing in the app.
Optional Software GSPro offers another course-play option with a separate subscription at $250 per year. It requires a compatible Windows computer with gaming computer hardware for best results. View GSPro details.
4. Get installed and start playing
We provide professional installation in Fresno and surrounding areas, along with a walkthrough of the equipment and software. Learn how to start a practice session, view your shot data and begin a round so you feel comfortable using your home golf simulator.
Common questions
How much room do I need?
There is no single room size that works for every golfer and setup. Your height, swing, club length and equipment determine the clearance needed. If you can fully swing your longest iron and driver in your space, you can probably start indoor golfing.

Does the practice modes save data on your performance?
Yes. See how many balls you hit, distances, ball speeds, and all other metrics for every shot sorted by date. See your numbers improve overtime.
Can you use this outdoors or on the range?
Yes. This device works with all types of balls and all types of lighting situations.
What is the battery life on the device?
5-7 hours
